Well it was a good day of wheeling, here are some carnage pics.

Well I took it out today and beat the snot out of it.  Axle held up great but the jeep is breaking around it.

Took out the front DS

And put a hole in the trans

But got the DS patched up

Unfortunately the stroker works a bit too well, and it got the better of me on this hill climb.

But I decided to give it a shot anyway.  2nd gear full on the rev limiter, and it grabed, threw me sideways, I corrected for it, but then lost steering (tires off the ground) and this was the end result.

While we were righting it, the door opened and the heep came down on its side

  woops

Rest of the pics here http://s53.photobucket.com/albums/g42/dozerdan_photos/?start=0

Hopefully Jim gets the vid up asap, because it should be sweet.

Yep, no way was i gonna try that one without a cage.  Aint much difference between mine & ox's, capt maybe mine is lighter and the front springs are softer, and the latter definitely doesnt help on hill climbs.

I thought he was gonna right it, i really did.  But then it stalled or something, and smash! right into that tree.  The hard top tore like it was paper.  Glass & tools everywhere. Those are the hill climbs that me & ox did way back in '06, but they are really torn up now.

That RTI ramp is laid out wrong too....youre supposed to measure from the ground up, not how far you travelled horizontally.  Now i know what to do to get the rear to work a bit better, but i cant calculate my current RTI score unless i find a math book or something.  I R not good with math Toothless

the jeep isnt that bad, we were looking it at last night. apart from the hard top & door being smashed, the body faired rather well.  all the dents are repairable.

I really thought I was going to drive out of it, but somehow I managed to stall it, or it stalled as I hit the tree, I might have even smacked one of the kill switches w/ my knee, not sure, but I was on the gas and it stopped going.

I am a little sore today but no more than normal.  Only thing I am upset about on the jeep is the windsheild, the rest can be beat out etc.

It was a fun time though.  I guess maybe it is time to finally build a cage for it.
