I've got a similar issue on my bronco.  Something is killing the battery after about 4 - 6 weeks of not driving it.  I'm trying to minimize driving it until I have the time to replace the water pump and timing chain cover + gaskets.  It's pissing coolant out of the front of the block.  It's also probably due for new rad hoses too.  I have one of those solar charges that plugs into the cig lighter, but I keep forgetting to plug the damn thing back in.  Oh well.
